Cancellation – Cancellation (with full refund) can be made by notifying Lean Construct Ltd by phone or email up to 14 days after your order is placed, or 14 days before the course starts.

• If you are a business based in the EU you must pay VAT in your own country – in this case pay Lean Construct excluding VAT
• If you are based outside the UK and the EU you need not pay UK VAT.
